As we do not sell or ship physical products, this Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to digital confirmation, booking access, and service-related communications.
After successful payment, booking confirmation is sent via Email and SMS. Details are also available in the user's Room Walah dashboard.
All invoices, booking receipts, and confirmations are delivered digitally. Users can download invoices anytime from their account.
Most bookings are confirmed instantly. In rare technical cases, confirmation may take up to 24 hours.
Booking modifications are subject to the respective property owner's terms and availability.
All transactions and booking data are protected using secure encryption and privacy-compliant systems.
Room Walah services are available across India. Properties can be searched by location, district, area, price, or bed type.
Room Walah acts as a facilitator between property owners and users. We do not own or operate all listed properties. Final service delivery depends on property providers and availability.
